At Nagoodtee, we believe that waiting for your decor shouldn’t feel like waiting for a tree to grow. We are excited to get our handcrafted Mushroom Shelves from our workshop to your wall.
We operate on a Ready-to-Ship model with inventory held securely in our United States facilities. This allows us to process orders swiftly, ensuring your woodland sanctuary comes to life without delay. We have optimized our logistics to offer a transparent, reliable, and affordable shipping experience. Please review our policy below to understand how your package travels.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Nagoodtee is proud to ship our organic decor to nature lovers around the world. We currently ship to:

North America: United States, Canada.

Europe & UK: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or certain remote island territories due to carrier restrictions. Please provide a physical street address.
2. PROCESSING TIME (READY-TO-SHIP)
Unlike custom woodwork that takes weeks to craft, our shelves are finished and ready to go.

Standard Processing: All orders are picked, inspected for wood grain quality, and packed within 1–2 business days.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day.

Quality Check: Before packing, we ensure the mounting hardware is included and the wood finish is flawless.
3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Shipping high-quality wooden decor internationally involves complex logistics, but we strive to keep it affordable for you. We offer a Subsidized Flat Rate, meaning Nagoodtee absorbs the majority of the actual shipping and handling costs.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $799.00 USD.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by our premium carrier partners (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL). While we prioritize speed, external factors like severe weather or peak holiday volumes may cause slight delays.
4. DUTIES & TAXES (DELIVERED DUTY PAID – DDP)
We want your unboxing experience to be magical, not stressful. Nagoodtee operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for the countries listed above.

No Hidden Fees: Nagoodtee handles and pays all import taxes, VAT, and customs duties on your behalf.

The Price is Final: The total amount you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. You will never be asked to pay extra fees by the delivery driver.
5. PACKAGING AND SAFETY
Shipping unique shapes like mushrooms requires special care to protect the “caps” and stems.

Secure Wrapping: Each shelf is individually wrapped in protective foam to prevent scratches to the wood finish.

Structural Support: We use rigid boxes with ample cushioning to ensure the shelves do not shift or bang against each other during transit.

Eco-Conscious: We strive to use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible to honor the nature that inspires our designs.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Confirmation: Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to show activity. It is normal for a package to show “Label Created” while it is being picked up by the carrier.

Monitoring: You can track your package directly via the link in your email or on our “Track Order” page.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
A. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Apartment/Unit numbers).

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately (within 12 hours) at [email protected].

If the package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
B. Lost Packages
While rare, packages can sometimes go astray.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us.

If the package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your building manager first. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us so we can assist.
C. Damaged Items
If your box arrives crushed or the wood is damaged:

Take clear photos of the box and the broken item.

Email us within 72 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement sent to you immediately.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS
Because we pride ourselves on fast processing for our “Ready-to-Ship” items, our cancellation window is short.

Before Dispatch: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing our support team.

After Dispatch: Once the shipping label has been printed and the package handed to the carrier, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return (please see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
