1. Accepted Payment Options

We currently accept the following payment methods for all international orders:

A. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept most major credit and debit cards issued globally. You can pay securely using:

B. PayPal

For a fast, secure, and convenient checkout, you can choose to pay via PayPal.

  • Why use PayPal? It offers robust Buyer Protection, which is ideal for international transactions.

  • Flexibility: You can use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any credit card associated with your PayPal wallet.

2. Pricing & Currency

  • Store Currency: All prices listed on https://nagoodtee.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • International Exchange Rates: If you are purchasing from outside the United States (e.g., UK, Europe, Australia), your credit card provider or PayPal will automatically convert the transaction amount into your local currency (GBP, EUR, AUD) based on their current exchange rates.

  • Billing Statement: The charge will appear on your statement as “Nagoodtee” or similar.

3. International Taxes & Duties (No Surprise Fees)

We Ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Because we sell furniture globally, we want to make pricing crystal clear for our customers in North America, Europe, and Australia.

  • The “All-In” Price: The total amount you see at checkout (Product Price + Flat Rate Shipping) is the Final Price.

  • We Cover the Taxes: Nagoodtee calculates and pays all Import Duties, VAT, GST, and Customs Fees on your behalf.

  • Zero Fees at Delivery: You will never be asked to pay extra money to the courier to receive your package.

4. Payment Security

Your trust is our priority. We treat your financial data with the utmost care.

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This ensures that your personal and payment data is scrambled and unreadable to unauthorized parties during transmission.

  • PCI Compliance: We meet strict Level 1 PCI-DSS standards for handling payment data.

  • No Card Storage: Nagoodtee does not store your credit card number. Your payment is processed directly by our secure banking partners (Stripe or PayPal). We never have access to your full card details.

5. Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please check the following common issues:

  • Billing Address Mismatch: Ensure the billing address you entered matches exactly what your bank has on file. This is the most common cause of errors.

  • International Restrictions: If you are ordering from the UK, EU, or Australia, your bank might flag the transaction as “Foreign.” You may need to authorize the purchase via your banking app.

  • Try PayPal: If your card continues to be declined directly, try linking that same card to PayPal and checking out via PayPal. This often bypasses bank restrictions.
