To track your order, please enter your Order Number and Email Address (or your Tracking Number) in the box below, then press the “Track” button.

You will typically receive a shipping confirmation email with your direct tracking link once your package has been handed over to our logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or DPD).

Common Tracking Questions

1. My tracking says “Label Created” but no movement?

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

  • Because our wooden shelves are heavy items, they sometimes require special handling at the sorting facility, which can cause a slight delay in the first scan compared to standard small parcels.

2. I see “Held in Customs” or “Clearance Event”. Do I need to pay?

  • No. We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to North America, Europe, and Australia.

  • If you see a status related to Customs, it simply means the package is being processed at the border. Nagoodtee handles all the paperwork and pays the taxes. You do not need to do anything. Just wait for the status to update to “Delivered”.

3. My package is late.

  • International shipping estimates (7–15 days) are generally accurate, but weather conditions or peak holiday volumes can cause delays.

  • If there has been no movement on your tracking link for more than 7 business days, please contact us immediately so we can launch an investigation with the carrier.
