Welcome to Nagoodtee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products, including our signature Mushroom Shelves. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Service Availability: Nagoodtee primarily serves customers in North America, Europe, and Australia.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. General Conditions

  • Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Lawful Use: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products: Wood & Installation

We specialize in solid wood furniture. Please be aware of the specific nature of these materials and the requirements for their use:

  • Nature of Wood: Wood is a natural material. Grain patterns, mineral streaks, knots, and color tones vary from tree to tree. These are natural characteristics, not defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the product you receive may look slightly different from the studio photos.

  • Installation Required: Most of our products (shelves, bookcases) require wall mounting or assembly.

    • You are solely responsible for proper installation.

    • You must ensure your wall type (drywall, brick, concrete) is suitable for the hardware used.

    • Crucial: Nagoodtee is not responsible for damage to your walls or injury caused by improper installation or failure to secure furniture to the wall (anti-tip precautions).

  • Return Condition: As stated in our Refund Policy, items that have been installed (drilled, screwed, or marked) are considered used and are not eligible for a full refund.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

  • Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (including email, shipping address, and phone number) for all purchases.

5. International Taxes & Duties (DDP)

  • Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For customers in our primary shipping regions (North America, Europe, Australia), Nagoodtee pays the Import Duties and Taxes.

    • You agree that the total price at checkout is final.

    • You are not liable for additional customs fees upon delivery.

    • Note: If you return an item, the duties and taxes we paid to your government on your behalf are non-recoverable and will not be refunded (though this does not affect your product refund).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Carrier: We use third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to deliver your order. Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Inspection: You must inspect your package upon delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, you must document it and contact us within 72 hours.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not shipped.

  • Once a shipping label is generated, the order is considered “Shipped” and cannot be canceled; it must be treated as a return.

8. Return & Refund

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key highlights include:

  • 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be uninstalled and in original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

  • Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if items are returned damaged due to poor packing by the customer.

9. User Comments, Feedback, and Media

If you send us photos of your installed shelves or leave a review:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish those comments/photos on our website and social media channels.

  • We are under no obligation to pay compensation for any comments.

10. Furniture Safety & Liability (Important)

  • Intended Use: Our products are designed for residential storage and display. They are not designed to support human weight (do not climb or sit on shelves).

  • Tipping Hazard: Tall furniture (like Tree Bookcases) can tip over. You are responsible for anchoring furniture to the wall using appropriate anti-tip hardware to prevent injury.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nagoodtee shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the improper use, improper assembly, overloading, or failure to anchor our products.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
