1. Are your shelves made of real wood?

Yes. Our mushroom shelves are handcrafted from high-quality Solid Wood. We do not use plastic, resin, or 3D-printed materials. Because they are real wood, they have a natural warmth and texture that synthetic materials cannot replicate.

2. How do I install them? Do I need a drill?

Yes, for the most secure fit, basic installation is required.

  • Hardware Included: Each shelf comes with the necessary mounting hardware (drywall anchors and screws).

  • The Process: You will need a drill to make a small hole in the wall for the anchor. Screw the mount in, and then twist/slide the mushroom shelf onto the screw until it sits flush against the wall.

  • Instructions: A step-by-step guide is included in every box.

3. How much weight can they hold?

When properly installed into a wall stud or using the provided drywall anchors, our shelves are designed to hold light decor items.

  • Weight Limit: We recommend a maximum load of 5–10 lbs (approx. 2–4.5 kg) depending on the size of the shelf.

  • Ideal For: Small potted plants, crystals, candles (in jars), keys, or figurines.

  • Not For: Heavy books, cats, or sitting.

4. Will the shelf look exactly like the photo?

The shape and size will be consistent, but the wood grain and color tone will vary. Wood is a living material. Knots, mineral streaks, and grain patterns are nature’s fingerprints. These are not defects; they are what make your specific mushroom shelf unique to your home.

5. How do I clean them?

  • Dusting: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth or a feather duster.

  • Water: Avoid using wet cloths or harsh chemical sprays, as they can damage the natural wood finish.

6. Where do you ship?

We ship from our US warehouses to:

  • North America: USA, Canada.

  • Europe: UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway.

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

7. How much does shipping cost?

We offer a subsidized flat rate for international shipping:

  • Flat Rate: $19.99 USD for orders under $799.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $799.00 USD.

8. Do I have to pay customs fees?

No. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • Nagoodtee covers all import duties, VAT, and taxes.

  • The price you pay at checkout is the final price. No surprises at delivery.

9. How long does delivery take?

Since we are Ready-to-Ship:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit: Typically 3–7 business days for North America and 7–15 business days for International destinations.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

10. My shelf arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are so sorry! Please inspect the box immediately upon delivery.

  • Report: Email [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Attach Photos: Send clear photos of the damaged item and the outer box.

  • Resolution: We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

11. Can I return it if it doesn’t fit my style?

Yes, you have 30 days to return the item. However, please note:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and repacking.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, with all hardware, and in its original packaging.

12. Can I cancel my order?

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled as it is already in the hands of the carrier.
